Pastry Chef/Owner, Humphry Slocombe

Jake is co-owner and mastermind behind Humphry Slocombe, the Mission's favorite deviant creamery. Before cooking at Boulevard, Zuni, Fifth Floor, and Coi, Jake's first job was bussing dishes at Bob Evans in Ohio. Humphry Slocombe will be releasing an ice cream book in April 2012.
